I Want To Cancel My Order

Due to the nature of personalised products, we are only able to cancel and refund orders before they have been produced/personalised.

If you want to cancel your order, please complete the contact us form  within 24 hours of placing your order.

I Have A Damaged Item What Shall I Do?

We always endeavor to ensure your order is received safely. However, on rare occasions a product my be damaged during shipping.

If you have received a damaged product, please complete the contact us form with a brief description and images of the damage.

How do I return my item to you?

All goods that have been personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements and perishable products are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Food Hamper Return Policy

For online orders, the customer has the right to cancel, for whatever reason, an order up to seven days after receipt of goods, as long as:

  • we are notified in writing, via our contact us form, within 7 working days of delivery
  • the hamper does not contain any perishable items i.e. fish, cheese, ham
  • the hamper remains unused and no components are opened
  • the recipient takes all reasonable care of the hamper and its contents prior to our collection which will take place by our courier between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Excluding Bank Holidays)

We will refund you the full amount including carriage within 28 days of receipt of the returned hamper.
